Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address from those providers.

Usage Data

We store the data you create within the Service, including:

• Timer settings and focus session history
• Habits and habit completion records
• Kanban boards, columns, and tasks
• Notes and their content
• Focus statistics (total focus time, streaks)

Local Storage

We use browser local storage to save your preferences (theme, sidebar state) and provide offline functionality for trial mode users.

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Service.
• Sync your data across devices when you are signed in.
• Track your focus statistics and streaks.
• Send password reset emails when requested.

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication). Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is only accessed to provide the Service to you.

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.

You have the right to:

• Access the data stored in your account.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• Reset your password through the provided email link.

QuietDesk does not use tracking cookies. We use browser local storage solely for application functionality (theme preferences, offline data).

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
